Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for Recruiters who have experience sourcing, interviewing and hiring high volume, non-exempt positions. This corporate organization is growing rapidly throughout all departments and is set up for an excellent 2023. The selected individuals will be responsible for identifying Technicians and other skillsets.

Day-to-day: Full lifecycle recruiting: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, handling onboarding, etc.

The 3 most common skillsets these recruiters will be handling for are:

1) Maintenance Technicians (will have to validate their certifications)

2) Punch Technicians (these people go into vacant units between renters and fix up stuff. They do a lot of painting, cleaning up, etc)

3) Leasing Agents (People with strong customer service skills)
