Our client, a permanent affordable housing company, is seeking a Recruiter to join their NYC team. In this role, you will work with the Recruitment team, Program Directors, Supervisors and Business Managers to fulfill vacancies delivering the best talent within the organization. This will require full cycle recruitment, including resume review, sourcing, telephone prescreening and in-person/virtual interviews, drafting offer letters and engaging in community events and career fairs. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of professional recruitment experience, managing all phases of recruitment process
• Proficient with HRIS and ATS systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
