Our client in the St. Louis Area is looking for a Recruiter/Staffing Consultant. This position is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

In a Nutshell:

• Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process including, but not limited to, job description creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting phone interviews, creating interview notes, administering appropriate assessments as needed, offer letter creation and coordinating the post-offer process
• Provide full-cycle recruiting services to all corporate departments as needed
• Manage Post's presence at career fairs, local university events, community network events, etc. and use traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
• Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies
• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance
