Recruiting Coordinator

Legal company in uptown is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. Part time for first 3 months and then move into full time hours. Pay = 25/hou. Temp to perm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, above and beyond HR and administrative support.
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities such as partnering with HR and hiring managers on recruitment needs, posting and maintaining job openings on multiple channels, moving applicants through the pipeline, screening potential candidates, scheduling interviews, updating candidates on their status, etc.
• Process new hires and employee changes in the payroll system.
• Update and maintain employee files as necessary.
• Represent the company at various hiring events throughout the city and assists hiring managers in other cities on hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with HR on various projects in the areas of recruitment, talent management, employee development, company culture, compliance, employee relations, training, and more.

Requirements

• Entry level role
• 1+ years of previous HR/Recruitment experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or pursuing a degree, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Administrative savvy with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and comfortable working with various platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with employees and candidates across phone, email, chat, and in person.
