3 Month Contract to Hire--FULLY REMOTE

Responsible for release management supporting development teams. Assisting with ticketing needs (creating tickets in ServiceNow) and ensuring tickets are created, handled, and closed out accordingly. Will be working with review processes and procedures in place, involves prep work to review release plans with senior management, working with development teams, etc. Release managers are cross trained in all domains and not silo'd. The role is an administrative and relationship role first and foremost.

Must haves:

• 2+ years as a release manager
• Technical PM background
• Proven track record of handling large number of releases
• Ability to be inquisitive and handle rapid fire questions from change board
• ServiceNow experience - ticketing, knows how to create tickets, etc (huge plus)
• Comfortable in ever changing environments
• Urgent situations pop up frequently and the team has to pivot

Nice to haves:

• Quickbase knowledge - information tool
• Healthcare (lower on the nice to have list)
