Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourer to join their team on a remote basis. If you are confident in your sourcing abilities and want to make an impact with a reputable company, then this is the position for you!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience recruiting coordinator or HR coordinator experience (internships count!)
• Incredible verbal and written communication skills
• Expert attestation to detail
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to work successfully interpedently
• Previous experience utilizing job boards to source for candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred

Day to Day:

• Partner with team of Recruiters to identify candidates needs and sourcing strategies
• Diligently source for candidates that are the perfect fit for a variety of niche roles
• Send out a high-volume of outreach to perspective candidates
• Screen candidates and coordinate additional steps in the recruiting and interview process
• Manage the candidate experience ensuring thorough communication, follow up, and clear instruction
• Act as a champion for the company always exemplifying core values and professionalism
