Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential client companies and market sectors globally

• Perform ad-hoc research work, particularly for pitches and meetings

• Contact potential clients

• Attend and support Bankers on potential client calls

• Record business development activity

• Manage the database of companies within Salesforce CRM, for business development purposes

• The successful candidate will be expected to pass relevant industry examinations and will be encouraged to continue relevant studies during their employment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or sales, ideally in a business-to-business environment

• Proven ability to research, organize and present complex ideas whilst maintaining an eye for detail

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate qualification

• Experience in using CRM systems

• Experience with SQL is an advantage

• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• First-class literacy, numeracy, and organizational skills

• A keen commercial sense

• Knowledge of and interest in the latest online information and software trends

• Broad general knowledge and interest in current affairs

• COVID vaccination required, subject to applicable state and federal law
