Rewards Specialist - Remote work!

Our client in the healthcare space is seeking a Rewards Specialist to specifically help with their compensation structures when dealing with commissions, as well as other projects reated to human resources and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts audits of business and payroll reports related to bonus payments or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • Imports employee hours from time and attendance system for submittal to Payroll Shared Services Team.
  • Track Balancing scorecards for bonus amounts based on financial and non-financial goals
  • Tracking bonus amounts and pay out dates including, but not limited to: recruiting bonuses, signing bonuses, relocation bonuses, etc.
  • Calculating and tracking perks including, but not limited to: wellness subsidy, home office subsidy, any additional 'perks'
  • Provide additional support to other Advisory businesses as needed as directed by the HR Ops Sr Director or designee.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Acts as a liaison between the business and the payroll function.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Competencies & Experience Required:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a HR or Finance role.
  • Prior experience preparing information (time & attendance, bonus, commission payments) for payroll submittal and/or partnering with payroll function preferred.
  • HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
  • Work experience should include knowledge of basic human resources
  • Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including payroll, time & attendance and HRIS and self-service systems. Experience with Workday a plus.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, strong communication, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources and Payroll processes and terminology
