Sr Corporate Paralegal
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Sr Corporate Paralegal for a major law firm. This position is based in Manhattan.
This person should have at least 4 years of Corporate Paralegal experience and be experienced in corporate governance, VC financing, and SEC filings. Experience with Carta preferred. The salary for this role ranges from $110,000-$140,000.
Responsibilities:
- Form limited liability companies, limited partnerships, etc
- Assists in all phases of venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and loan and securities transactions; coordinates all related pre- and post-closing documents.
- Assists attorneys with the drafting, preparation, and filing of registration statements, form 144s, proxies, and other periodic filings with the SEC, Rule 144 opinions, and performs searches on EDGAR.
Qualifications:
- 4+ Years experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm
- BA/BS preferred
- Notary preferred
