Our client, a trade association, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Scheduler to support their 7-person leadership team in Washington, DC!
About You:
- 5+ years of substantive experience in fast-paced operational roles, either as a scheduler or executive assistant (must have Hill or Government Affairs experience).
- Degree ideal.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience managing complex projects and logistics.
The Job:
- Calendar coordination/management.
- Meeting and related appointment scheduling.
- Meeting and presentations preparation and agendas.
- Meeting and decision follow-up, information management, and travel logistics.
- Other duties/special projects as assigned.
