Hedge Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Long-Term Temporary Scheduling Coordinator to support their tech team. This is a great opportunity for someone who can start asap and commit for 6 + months, enjoys scheduling/logistics and has strong attention to detail. Hours are 8am - 5pm with a lunch break. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote).
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews (invite all necessary parties)
- Create zoom and or teams invites for virtual interviews
- Follow up with candidates to provide detail pertaining to their interview
- Add information to internal recruiting system
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires joining the team
Requirements:
- BA degree required
- 1+ years of scheduling/coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable follow-up skills
Compensation:
Paying between 25hr - 33hr DOE
