Senior Accountant

Rapidly growing company HQ'd in Exton area is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their Accounting Department. This is an opportunity to work cross functionally within Accounting and Finance to include financial reporting, technical accounting, month end close, consolidations, financial analysis and much more. Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor general ledger activity, ensuring entries are accurate and consistent, financial accounts are reconciled, and outstanding issues resolved on a timely basis to minimize financial errors.
• Supporting monthly closings by preparing journal entries, analyzing, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Perform and document internal controls over financial close and financial reporting.
• Assist in month-end preparation of financial reporting packages for management and lenders.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements for all companies accurately and well documented.
• Provide financial analysis to support business transactions and processes.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Accounting and CPA preferred.
• Public accounting experience a plus.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Microsoft Office skills.
