Our client, a law firm, is looking or a Senior DEI Coordinator to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be coordinating and leading all client and industry diversity related survey replies while supporting the company's diversity teams and events. This position, based on experience, pays up to $83k.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a legal setting is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, functions, data validation, data filters, sorting)
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:

• Lead the response to all client and industry diversity-related surveys from start to finish
• Communicate with partners and/or outside associations, tracking and preparing responses by coordinating with inclusion & diversity, human resources, talent development, and finance, as necessary
• Own and execute the planning and execution of all internal DEI events. Duties include understanding goals of events, invitations, ads, swag, tracking registrants, coordination with speakers, and all other logistics
• Coordinate with the regional marketing team on all external DEI events
• Assist the firm's affinity groups and diversity action teams with communication and meeting support
