Our client, an assisted living community, is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will work with hourly employees and help with their HR Administrative process along with any other employee inquiries or needs. This position, based on experience pays anywhere between $70k to $90k.
About You
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Must have experience managing employee relations
- Must be able to make quick decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be familiar with HR software's
