Beacon Hill Staffing is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for our client in Sandy Springs, Ga. This is in office (will consider hybrid after training) - either contract to perm or direct hire. Experience in healthcare recruiting is a must.

Who You Are:
* The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for systematic execution of the recruiting process for assigned searches and requires you to be a self-starter with a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* A day in the life of a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant involves meeting with business unit leaders to understand their demographics and their current and projected staffing needs. Networking with hospitals, colleges, and associations to build relationships and promote the company's brand. Targeting passive candidates and building a qualified pipeline are some of the daily functions of a Recruiting Specialist.

What You'll Do:
* Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers and clinics to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
* Reduce the time-to-fill by 65%
* Attend recruiting events to promote the brand as an employer of choice.
* Develop a firm understanding of each business unit's total compensation package to generate interest in the company.
* Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers to keep all parties engaged and informed during the recruiting process.
* Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements in a variety of locations (job aggregators, list-serves, trade publications, professional journals, networks, etc.). Recommend creative and alternative advertising venues and strategies.
* Coordinate opportunities for candidates to visit and tour facilities.
* Review applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate assessments as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
* Present fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
* Manage social media accounts for each assigned business unit, creating an informative and engaged online presence.
* Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
* Manage positions in Applicant Tracking System, closing filled positions and keeping the system current.
* Maintain records of interview notes for EEO-1 annual reporting
* File annual EEO-1 reporting to the EEOC in accordance with federal law.

How You'll Succeed:
* Be proactive, think strategically, and network early in search of stellar candidates for all positions.
* Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost-effective, high-quality services are provided to hiring managers.
* Streamline the recruiting process and create a scalable model for future business units to follow.
* Track applicant flow, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce time-to-fill.
* Collect and analyze recruitment data to provide business unit leaders with a comprehensive view of the recruiting life cycle.
* Build and maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
* Conduct informational interviews with potential candidates. Solicit and prioritize internal referrals.
* Attend career fairs and conferences to promote business units and deepen the pool of potential candidates. Provide information on company culture, operations, and employment opportunities to potential applicants.
* Develop and maintain an international network of recruiters, contacts, and candidates via proactive use of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create promotional videos, informational pamphlets, and maximize the use of social media.

What You Need To Qualify:
* Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
* Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with hiring managers.
* Demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
* Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent oral and written communication and representational skills.
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases including applicant tracking systems.
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups and independently.
* Ability to travel, if needed, to the field offices and events.
* Bachelor's degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of four years related professional experience, preferably in a full life cycle, multi-location recruitment structure.
* Knowledge of HR and employment laws is preferred.
* Experience searching for candidates with a clinical and/or professional background
