The Senior Treasury Analyst will participate in all aspects of the company's corporate treasury functions. This person will report to the Treasurer and oversee all daily cash and banking operations of the company. This person will work cross functionally with various departments and external partners. This role will be based in the King of Prussia are and has a hybrid schedule.

Job Description:
* Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities as well as general ledger posting.
* Monitors and manages the Company's daily cash and ensures adequate liquidity.
* Prepares and interprets cash flow projections.
* Ensures timely and accurate processing of wire payments.
* Calculates interest accruals and payments on third-party debt instruments and resolves differences with the Banks, if necessary.
* Performs monthly account analysis of bank fees for accuracy and identifies cost saving opportunities.
* Performs Treasury monthly close processes, including preparation of cash reconciliations.
* Develops manuals for and ensures compliance with SOX and Company policies.
* Recommends and implements improvements to the current cash management process to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.
* Serves as the system administrator for domestic bank accounts.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
* 3+ years of related treasury experience
* MBA and Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred
* Solid understanding of cash management, bank loan, treasury products, corporate finance, treasury operations, risk management, banking industries and payment networks
* Proficiency with MS Office; especially MS Excel. Experience with databases is a plus.
* Ability to work on projects in addition to daily duties
