Service Coordinator - Level I will:

· Enter and dispatch work orders.
· Ensure that work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the scheduled time and date of the work.
· Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status.
· Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors.
· Act on all incoming phone calls and faxes.
· Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete.
· Update customer web based portals.
· Acquire necessary materials in order to fully complete the job.
· Effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customers
· Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience in call center environment - multiple phones lines and customer service.
· Ability to multitask while staying organized.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Positive customer service skills.
· Experience in lighting and electrical a plus!
