Our client, a Life Safety Business located in Medford, MA, is seeking a Service Coordinator to assist with outreach efforts for customers and technicians across the business. This candidate will communicate with customers seeking assistance for their fire safety equipment. This position requires a candidate who is a problem-solver, has excellent communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm (1 hour unpaid break)

Pay: $22-25/hour depending on candidate experience

Job Duties:
* Receive incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their fire safety equipment
* Call customers who are due for maintenance and schedule services
* Coordinate coverage, schedules, directions, timing, and return follow-ups for customers and technicians
