Our client, a financial institution, is looking for a Service Team Representative to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be ensuring that customers receive their insurance documents and that all information in their systems is up to date. This position pays $42k.
About You:
- High School Diploma required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a licensure test to obtain a P&C license
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be a team player
Responsibilities:
- Process and upload various documents into the system; including but not limited to policies, cancellations, endorsements, quotes, renewal notices, etc.
- Process and complete certificate requests from AMs and insureds
- Complete daily and monthly carrier reports
- Assist with updating confidential payment information
- Assist with customer servicing requests from clients by working with internal teams and carrier service centers
- Other duties may be assigned
