Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain supplier profiles in multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
* Manage requests using a shared e-mail inbox
* Process requests for supplier additions and changes in a timely manner
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data to facilitate supplier transactions and payments
* Administer the supply chain productivity reporting process
* Gather and upload cost saving data from multiple project sources
* Work with project owners to answer questions and resolve issues
* Generate monthly report for productivity and inflation
* Prepare data files and reports for weekly and monthly metrics reporting
* Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
* Coordinate and maintain internal and external business applications, systems, and sites
* Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions and forms
* Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and leaders to support data, reporting and audit needs
* Opportunity to participate in business and process improvement projects and activities

Job Qualifications:
* Associates Degree, preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Operations, Finance or related analytical field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft applications (especially Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and SharePoint)
* Attention to detail with a bias for execution
* Enjoys spending time in the details and data
* Excellent interpersonal and oral / written communication
* Capable of assimilating and presenting data in a useful format
* Customer centric approach to requests and fulfillment
* Collaborative and open approach with an eagerness to learn and grow
* Ability to work independently, take initiative and balance workload
* Ability to manage and take on changing priorities
