- This individual is expected to handle all shipping and receiving office functions.
- This individual should require very little supervision after completion of training.
- This individual will answer the phone and route calls or take messages, welcome customers into shipping and receiving, answering any customer inquiries when possible, preform data entry with a high level of accuracy, and arrange bills of lading.
- This individual will be trained in the use of the company's manufacturing software.
- This individual will be trained in how to certify customer jobs, shipping & receiving along with many office functions not listed.
- This individual will follow all Company Policies set forth in the Employee manual with Special attention paid to Health and Environmental regulations.
