56k - 80k with some flex

Projects

• Have a ton of projects in process right now that they're are trying to hammer through - PCI 4.0 compliance initiative - getting this lined up for cyber security and insurance purposes
• Transition from from Windows 10 to windows 11 - a lot of this is security focused - kicked off a month and a half ago - physical hardware swaps -- newer hardware just doing simple updates
• This team manages project support and manages the ticketing queue as well - it is 80% project work and 20% support - point of escalation
• Please note that desktop is not traditional for WFAA in the sense that they need project lead experience and the bulk of the job is assisting with project work

Experience:

• JAMF and/or Intune experience would be preferred as this is the direction they're headed
• Experience with any sort of end point management tool is fine though - experience in the set up and deployment of the tool as well as the usage and day to day workings.
• On the deployment side - identifying issues and compatibility testing
• They use Salesforce for CRM
• Want someone who has experience leading medium to large sized projects
• The security piece is not as important -they work heavily in conjunction with the security team so this person does not need to have an extensive security background - phishing/malicious activity etc.
• Want them to be security minded as it pertains to the end point
• If they encounter an issue they include the security team - they don't remediate it - they disable the machine and all the accounts associated- reacquire and provide with a new machine -patching - managing endpoint -
• They use Qualys - Cyber Risk and Security Platform
