Sourcing Consultant - Cambridge, MA
Our client, a growing biotech company in greater Boston, is seeking a Sourcing Consultant to join their Procurement Department on a 3-6 month contract with the potential to extend. This role will work closely with the Director and Manager of Procurement and will be required to work onsite in Cambridge at least once per week.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for projects and providing cost savings
- Process improvements for procurement department
- Execute RFP process
- Provide data and cost analysis
- Support scientific side of the business, working closely with scientists and research staff
- Process requisitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience
- Biotech or pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred
- Analytical capabilities
