Contracting & Sourcing Manager - Remote
We are currently with a post IPO biotech in Boston that is looking for a Sourcing & Contracting Senior Manager to join their growing team. This would be a long term contract, but does have perm potential if it's the right fit. Reporting to the Director in Boston, but can be located any where in the US.
Responsibilities: The Manager will be essential to training and adherence across the organization as well as tracking reports of day to day contracts and trends to see where we can better our processes. The Reporting function will be to enable, progress, manage and guide companywide systems and support sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Clinical Sourcing Experience is a must
- RFP completion and negotiation is a must
- System Savvy
