Our client, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Special Assistant to Chief Program Officer to support their CPO!

About You:

  • 2+ years of executive support experience.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to navigate remote/hybrid meeting environments (via Zoom and Teams).
  • Excellent project management skills especially when using tools such as Asana and CRM.
  • Tech savvy, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent oral and written and multitasking skills.

The Job:

  • Keep the CPO on track and create efficiencies in workflow.
  • Heavy calendar, expense, and travel management.
  • Coordinate and execute meetings, retreats, and events and communicate with vendors.
  • Draft documents and correspondence and collaborate with other departments.
  • Complete background research and track project progress.
  • Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as needed.
