Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Sr Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner for a long term contract in Jacksonville, FL. We're seeking candidates with 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst who has ideally worked on initiatives tied to supply chain, retail, warehousing, transportation, and/or logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for authoring User Stories and creating BRD's as well as prioritizing and refining backlog and defining roadmap for the team. This role will require excellent interpersonal skills including strong listening , analytical skills, building relationships, and conflict resolution for competing or conflicting priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Safe, but experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanbaan team experience will be required.

Required Skills:

5 + years as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; leveraging different methodologies, with primary focus on agile

1+ years as a Business Analysts with supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and/or logistics skills

Experience with end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting.

Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe, Scrum, etc

Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding quickly of systems and solutions.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Experience authoring User Stories , creating BRD's, and Product Owner Skill sets for refining and prioritizing backlog and developing roadmap

Intermediate level skills with SQL - able to author SQL queries for data validation and do Data Analysis when needed
