Sr. Desktop Support Specialist - Boston - $80-100k
A successful biomedical company with over $700 million in funding that is currently working to help improve human DNA is looking for a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to help support the hardware/software used by their scientists. This is a great role for someone looking to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced environment.
Your background:
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with JAMF
- Positive and passionate attitude!
The work you'll be doing:
- Working alongside your team to support all employee tech needs with hardware/software - must be okay with working independently and also working collaboratively
- Working ticket flow
- Helping employees in-person and virtually
- Helping mentor junior employees on the team
