Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Senior Epic Application Analyst - PB Claims & Remittance to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire role with an extremely stable and rapidly growing, highly influential organization. The growth over the past 5 years has been unprecedented and this is the centralized team for Professional Billing. Most importantly, this team has a high-trust, respectful culture, both with the technical team and operational teams! Flexible hybrid work environment (2 days/week onsite - pick your own days).

Position Description:

• Epic Builds
• Utilize Claims/Remittance knowledge
• Meet with Operations, project manage, lead a team, troubleshoot, track issues, etc.
• Senior EHR Application Analyst
• Meet benchmarks for customer service

Required Skills:

• Epic Certified in PB Claims or Remittance
• 3+ years of Epic build experience in claims/remittance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - ability to meet benchmarks for service
• Ability to close tickets monthly closed
• Experience facilitating Epic projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with operations
• Understand workflows, troubleshoot issues, etc.
• Understands claims, remittance, Professional Billing
