Sr. Grant Accountant- Hybrid in Waltham
We are working with a university who is seeking to add a Sr. Grant Accountant to their team. This role will start off as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to convert. In this position you will be performing grant related post-award functions. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a degree and the ability to work onsite in Waltham on a hybrid basis.
Job description/general duties
- Performs grant related post-award functions
- Monitors accounts receivable balances.
- In a timely and accurate manner, prepares invoices, follows up on cash collections, manages grant closeout process
- Update and maintain grant reporting schedules.
