Staff Accountant - Remote (Massachusetts residents only)
We are working with a pre ipo life science company who is in critical position to find a staff accountant immediately. This will start out as a contract until the end of Q1, and has the possibility to convert permanently if the right fit. They have a corporate headquarters in Waltham, and ideally would like this person to come in for a training person (1 week) and can consider them remote. This is flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Daily General Ledger duties
- Fixed Assets
- Debit and Credits
- Assist with month and year end
- accurals
- Ad hoc duties as fits.
Qualifications:
- ERP experience
- Acumen to GAAP principles
- Great with Excel
