Staff Accountant - Boston, MA
We are currently working with an investment firm in Boston that is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This role will report to the Assistant Controller and will be required to work onsite in Boston 3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Travel and expense reports and reimbursements
- Accounts receivable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Weekly check runs
- Journal entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelors in Accounting and Finance preferred
- Experience with Great Plains is a plus!
- Comfortable working within Excel
