Staff Accountant
Our client, a manufacturer of precision equipment, located in Metro West area outside Boston, is seeking a Staff Accountant for a long term contract. In this Staff Accountant role, you will report to the Controller and be a part of a 4 person accounting team. The Staff Accountant will handle bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, assist with operational accounting as well as help with month end close.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working within an Accounting system (NetSuite would be a huge plus)
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
