RESPONSIBILITIES: STAFF ACCOUNTANT
* Serve as principal contact regarding invoice and payment processing in the expense management system (Concur)
* Monitor and follow up on invoices and credit card transactions through the approval process in our expense management system (Concur)
* Process new vendor set up in both our expense management & Accounting Systems (Concur & Intacct)
* Reconcile and verify vendor accounts, statements, and inquiries
* Assist with preparation of year-end Form 1099s through our accounting system (Intacct
* Perform month-end accounting close activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and other reporting schedules and data analysis
* Assist with year-end closing and audit requests
* Maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure timely month end close, compliance with state and federal regulations and appropriate reporting to stakeholders
