Staff Accountant- Remote

We are working with a commercial technology company who is seeking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing team. This will start as a temporary position with the opportunity to convert after 6+ months and this is a fully remote role. Our client will also consider just temporary options as well. In this role you will be mainly responsible for the accounts payable process as well as month end activities. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant experience, NetSuite experience and able to fully support the AP process start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Review general ledger account activities and prepare adjusting journal entries as required for the month end financial close
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable inbox and process incoming invoices and employees expense reports, domestic and international
• Analyze invoices/expense reports to record charges to correct GL accounts and cost centers
