This position will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and is going to have a great hands-on experience in their accounting department. Listed below is the job description. Job Description:
- Process and approve invoices
- Communicate with departments and vendors to resolve issues/discrepancies relating to invoices and payments
- Prepare and enter journal entries for prepaids and month end invoice accruals
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly (including accounts payable, prepaids and other liability accounts) for monthly closing process
- Maintain Vendor and Journal Entry files
