Our client, a communications consulting firm, is seeking a temporary Staffing Coordinator to support their HR team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• Someone who has an interest or internship in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral/written communication and customer service skills.
• General comfort level with technology required.

The Job:

• Schedule case and final interviews for entry-level and mid-level applicants.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates; assist in resume review.
• Coordinate in-person/virtual recruiting activities (i.e., scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates) and prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Create/send offer letters to qualified candidates; manage background checks and onboarding materials.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
