Job Description:
- Configure and support the following equipment: Desktops, laptops and other devices.
- Interact with other support groups within the organization to resolve cross team technical issues and participate in cross team projects.
- Provide technical phone and in person support to an end user community.
- Present clear and concise written and verbal instruction and direction to end users.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support mobile users, tasked by trouble tickets logged in the service manager system.
- Relocate technology equipment as required for inventory purposes.
- Assist in inventory of data processing equipment as needed, including identifying part numbers, configuration information, asset tagging, etc.
- Participate in hardware and software projects, implementations and/or upgrades.
