Our client in the NE Ohio area is looking for an Executive Support Analyst. This is a 6+ month contract position.
This position will be a dedicated technical resource for Senior Level Corporate Executives. This role requires the ability to resolve varying degrees of issues, from basic software/hardware troubleshooting to advanced troubleshooting. One of the primary requirements of this analyst is the ability to interact with the executives politely and professionally. Their issues will require a speedy resolution, so efficiency is essential to be successful in this position.
The qualified candidate will be:
- Responsible for providing various IT support functions to C Suite Executives.
- Customer service mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Home office / network support knowledge is required.
- Ability and discipline to follow standards, procedures, checklists, and design documents.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently/ self-starter.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Experienced to expert knowledge of the support process for the main technologies in our environment, including Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, PC/Laptop hardware, mobile devices, PC imaging.
We are looking for someone that has an understanding of confidentiality and the importance of minimizing disruption to executives' productivity.
