Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a MAC Support Analyst to join their team. This is an on site position 5 days a week. Location is in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Parking is available at $6 per day.
Position Description:
- Login to personal computers from home
- Troubleshoot issues over the phone
- Manage Desktop/laptop imaging for Classrooms/new hires using JAMF
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot employee hardware, operating systems, and applications, via both face-to-face and online remote support
- Documentation, including revising and updating standard operating procedures
- Process Help desk/IT tickets, appropriately prioritizing and escalating issues
- Document and maintain asset inventory, internal procedures, and troubleshooting guide for end-users
Required Skills:
- JAMF experience
- Experience imaging machines
- Must have 3+ years field experience with basic & warranty Apple Certs, along with iOS, iMac/IPAD/Mobile device experience
- Experience working with and supporting Mac OS and solving computer-related problems
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot employee hardware, operating systems, and applications, via both face-to-face and online remote support
- Process Helpdesk/IT tickets, appropriately prioritizing and escalating issues
- Document and maintain asset inventory, internal procedures, and troubleshooting guide for end-users
- Demonstrated success in a customer support role and passion for helping others resolve any technical issues
