Facilities Manager (Onsite) compensation: up to $115K TC
30-person Real Estate Property Management company located in the Everette/Chelsea area, dealing with government contracting buildings and office space - they manage buildings for the DoD, Border Patrol, District Attorney's, etc. They oversee over 140 buildings and have several on the East Coast as well and are based in Chicago.
YOUR CAREER GOALS

Building on your experience, you will serve as the key member of facility management and success of the operations.
YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES
You're passionate about leadership, engineering and serving industry standards. You recognize the importance of presentation and the ability communicate effectively with a range of individuals. You have 8+ years of experience in facility management and have held a management title before. Experience with the following as well:
- Prior experience in leasing, engineering, construction, and all facets of property operation as well as building management
- Wanting someone who has experience with human resource and performance evaluations previously
- Ability to obtain government "clearance"
- High Security Office Settings experience preferred
And if you've got certification in:
- Certified Facility Manager Cert (CFM)
- IFMA (International Facilities Management Association)
- Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
... having at least 1(ONE) of these is required!
You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Leadership ability and excellent interpersonal & communication skills here are essential.
