Our client is looking for a Systems Engineer - Azure to join their team. This role will be on site 3 days a week.

Position Description:

  • Creation of App Registrations/Enterprise Applications/Certificate Renewals
  • Diagnostics for Azure AD Sync and Attributes
  • GraphAPI Permissioning
  • Mailbox Management (Retention, Litigation, Delegation)
  • Power BI Reporting
  • Global Access Controls & Conditional Access
  • Subject-matter expert for certain highly available line-of-business applications and will be accountable for identifying and resolving issues impacting production systems - will work with cross-functional teams acting as a team representative
  • Successfully resolve assigned Tier 3 system issues and outages in accordance with our SLAs.
  • Actively and effectively respond to client support calls, emails, and tickets
  • Identify ways to improve reliability and functionality of managed systems and infrastructure.
  • Take ownership and drive resolution of system functionality issues, anomalies, or outages.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts and processes to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime.

Required Skills:

  • Hands on experience supporting Microsoft Azure accounts, applications, and O365 resources
  • Azure AD Synchronization
  • Conditional Access
  • App Registrations
  • Enterprise Applications
  • O365 Mailboxes & EAC
  • Sharepoint and Teams Administration
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation during off-hours
