Our client is looking for a Systems Engineer - Azure to join their team. This role will be on site 3 days a week.
Position Description:
- Creation of App Registrations/Enterprise Applications/Certificate Renewals
- Diagnostics for Azure AD Sync and Attributes
- GraphAPI Permissioning
- Mailbox Management (Retention, Litigation, Delegation)
- Power BI Reporting
- Global Access Controls & Conditional Access
- Subject-matter expert for certain highly available line-of-business applications and will be accountable for identifying and resolving issues impacting production systems - will work with cross-functional teams acting as a team representative
- Successfully resolve assigned Tier 3 system issues and outages in accordance with our SLAs.
- Actively and effectively respond to client support calls, emails, and tickets
- Identify ways to improve reliability and functionality of managed systems and infrastructure.
- Take ownership and drive resolution of system functionality issues, anomalies, or outages.
- Write and maintain custom scripts and processes to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience supporting Microsoft Azure accounts, applications, and O365 resources
- Azure AD Synchronization
- Conditional Access
- App Registrations
- Enterprise Applications
- O365 Mailboxes & EAC
- Sharepoint and Teams Administration
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation during off-hours
