Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst for an ongoing contract role. This position will offer the opportunity to be hybrid on site.
- Provide excellent customer support over the phone and email
- Reset passwords, load software, troubleshoot software/hardware issues - escalate if necessary
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- 1+ year of IT support experience
