Our client, an industry leader in their space, is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist on a long-term contract basis.
This will be a 6 month plus contract to start and will be hybrid based in Boston, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships and trust across team members and with all levels of the organization to collaborate and strive towards the team's goals and best outcomes
- Support design of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (including potentially email, web, social media, events, paid media) to drive client engagement with content (e.g., thought leadership), awareness of capabilities, discussions on priority topics with account teams, event participation, and business opportunities
- Support role in designing, monitoring, and reporting on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks and dashboards
- Help document repeatable and scalable processes, best practices and materials for marketing, account, and client team members to leverage
- Coordinate the activation of & communication to collaborators during the onboarding process for cross functional teams
- Building and maintaining an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Center of Excellence to assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of self-supported ABM programs
- Act as Center of Excellence lead to update resources, monitor progress of onboarding, clear roadblocks, update insights and disseminate ABM best practices
- Participate and contribute to meetings in a skilled manner that is inclusive and collaborative in style
- Help proactively manage changes in program scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans. React to change with flexibility, efficiency, and good humor
- Provide and accept feedback from all team members on a regular basis regarding the ABM program, process improvements, and other team issues
- Support ABM meetings by capturing action items and tracking follow-up on commitment
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree - degree in marketing or communications preferred
- 3+ years working in a professional setting - for a professional services firm preferred
- Experience with account-based marketing or executing customer journeys
- Experience in email marketing preferred but not required
- Experience with PPT and Excel
- Experience with Tableau and CRM systemspreferred but not required
