We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience working in hospital systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and a proven track record of leading complex projects involving vendor management, contract management, financial management, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A projects within hospital systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop and implement training programs to support project initiatives and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate IT integration with outsourced operational groups to ensure smooth transition and operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve milestones.
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in hospital systems, with a focus on M&A.
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract management, and financial management.
• Strong understanding of IT integration within healthcare environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
