Location: Hybrid Philadelphia - On Site 3 days/ week

Rate: 45-50/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies, SQL query writing, and data migration. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze technical requirements, and support data migration projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless implementation and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with technical capabilities.
2. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative development processes.
3. SQL Query Writing: Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout various stages of data migration and reporting.
4. Data Migration: Plan and support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. Work with technical teams to ensure successful migration of data between systems.
5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements specifications, data mapping documents, and process flows.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
7. Testing and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test cases to validate data migration and system changes. Identify and resolve issues related to data and system performance.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in data management and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Agile Experience: Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
2. SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
3. Data Migration: Experience with data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
4. Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
7. Technical Documentation: Experience creating technical documentation and process flows.
