Location: On site at least 1 day/week in Philadelphia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team, focusing on the integration and optimization of billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, a deep understanding of the billing lifecycle, and experience working with vendors and partners. This role will involve overseeing the system merge of billing processes and designing new practices within Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Technical Initiatives: Oversee the integration of billing processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among application delivery teams.
2. Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Track and provide solutions in collaboration with vendors and partners, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
3. Billing Lifecycle Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the billing lifecycle to implement best practices and streamline processes.
4. Data Management: Understand and manage the data lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the billing process.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Confidently prepare and present reports to management, providing insights into project progress and performance metrics.
6. System Design and Implementation: Design and implement new practices within ORMB, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Technical Lead, with hands-on experience in Java development.
2. Billing Processes: Familiarity with billing processes and prior experience in supporting billing systems.
3. Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of application delivery teams and technology processes.
