We are seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of infrastructure projects, including reporting, telecom, networking, and refresh initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks and gaps in project execution. This role requires a client-facing approach, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Proactively identify roadblocks, gaps, and errors in project execution, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Project Scope Definition: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against established KPIs and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as reporting, telecom, networking, and refresh initiatives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and telecom systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management methodologies and tools effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project alignment with business needs.
