Junior Level Scrum Master Roles.
9 month contract will convert to perm.
MUST be on-site in Hartford, CT 2-3 days per week
Ideal candidates have 5-8 yrs IT experience.
Must haves:
1.5+ years scrum master experience
Experience using Rally
Excellent communication skills - proven track record of dealing with those resistant to change, scrum teams, stand ups, etc
Hands on Agile experience + experience with Agile principles
Experience working in IT shop
Soft skills and the ability to corral people, get/give timely updates, etc is top priority
High visibility projects - they are moving to Agile framework and need additional expertise to do this successfully
Role: They are looking for someone assertive with great communication skills to step in, get things in control, lead daily stand ups, assign a single name to certain tasks (throat to choke), etc. Someone comfortable with coming into a non-agile environment while they move to an agile framework.
Will be helping plan, lead, and corral people to move forward with Agile mindset. Looking to grow into their Agile work and needs someone who can adapt while they do. Need someone who knows the Agile concepts and principals and can help work through Rally.
