Our client is a large technology company whose continued growth has created an opening for a Talent Specialist to join the HR group to focus on administrative, process, and analytic support. This is an HR operations role that fits into a specific division of the organization that is data and operations focused. The role will start as a contract with the ability to convert to a permanent employee in 2022.
The Role:
- Manage and triage general HR inbox
- Process assignment, compensation, and title changes
- Audits of process, compliance, and employee files
- Manage employee data in HRIS
- Maintain all process documents for the Talent team
- Create and distribute reports in MS Excel from HRIS data
- Special projects as needed
About You:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in an HR operations role
- Experience supporting a data-oriented employee population
- Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal AND analytical)
- Experience navigating between systems to collect, collate, and translate employee data
- Ability to work remotely with own equipment and transition
