Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for 3 Technical Support Specialists to join their team. This person will be on site 5 days per week.

Position Description:

  • Imaging equipment using SCCM
  • Laptop, thin client, mobile device, etc. support
  • Resolving incidents and requests.
  • Assisting employees with return to office (adding printers to computers, setting up dual monitors, etc.)
  • Sorting, organizing equipment and cleanup.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years technical support experience

Bonus Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
